Today is September 15, 2023. Two sets FYBS-2040-9P gyratory sifter machine is loading truck and delivery to Guangzhou.The customer's screening material is sheet sand.  

At present, the size of the plate sand is generally 4-6 mesh, 6-8 mesh, 8-16 mesh, 16-26 mesh, 26-40 mesh, 40-70 mesh, 70-120 mesh.

Selection of screening equipment for plate sand 

Linear vibrating screen: When the output and screening accuracy requirements are not large, it will be selected, the screen life is relatively short, the replacement of the screen is troublesome, and the screening production of quartz sand is gradually withdrawn.

Rotary vibrating screen:Because the high frequency vibration motor is used, the output is relatively low due to material blocking the screen, the screen wear life is short, and the output and accuracy can not be guaranteed normally.

Tumbler screen: Simulation of manual screening action, using slow horizontal and vertical motion, screening output and accuracy are high, the screen is not easy to wear, electric energy and maintenance costs are low.   It is especially suitable for quartz sand, which is heavy and dense and easy to screen.

The simple pursuit of screening accuracy will reduce the yield, and the pursuit of large yield will reduce the accuracy.   At present, the main screening equipment for plate sand is the gyratory sifter machine.   From the perspective of the motion track of the screen box, the square swinging screen is also known as reciprocating screen, the vibration force generated by the driving device is a inertia force around the fixed axis, the direction of certain changes, its essence is the reciprocating inertia force formed by the eccentric rotation around the fixed axis, the screen surface is generally horizontal or slightly inclined arrangement.
