1.  The amplitude of a vibration motor is determined by the motor.  The larger the motor, the greater the amplitude.  The smaller the motor, the smaller the amplitude.  Firstly, the amplitude needs to be set in advance, which means that the motor model size is fixed.  When the material moisture content is low, there is more material on the screen.  At this time, a slightly larger motor needs to be selected, which can increase the vibration force of the machine.  When the material passes through the screen, it can pass through the machine well.

2.  As the main machinery for screening various materials, the dewatering screen meets the mechanical requirements of different particle sizes through the vibration amplitude of the dewatering vibrating screen.  If the vibration amplitude is too low, it not only reduces the production efficiency of the dewatering vibrating screen, but also has a negative impact on other parts such as bearings and screen bases.  When encountering such situations, Suggest changing the performance of the eccentric wheel or selecting springs with different stiffness to adjust the vibration amplitude on the surface of the dewatering vibrating screen.

3.  The increase in amplitude will greatly reduce the blockage of sieve holes and also facilitate the layering of materials.  But too large an amplitude can also cause significant damage to the equipment.  The selection of amplitude is based on the particle size and properties of the screened material.  In general, the larger the size of the vibrating screen, the larger the selected amplitude.

When the linear vibrating screen is used for grading, the amplitude is slightly larger;  When used for dehydration and desliming, the amplitude should be smaller.  When the particle size of the processed material is large, the amplitude should also increase accordingly;  When the particle size of the processed material is small, the amplitude should be smaller.  Usually, the amplitude of a linear vibrating screen is 3.5-6mm.

4.  There is no angle between the vibrating screen frame and the horizontal direction, and of course, there is no angle between the motor base.  The eccentric block of the motor has an angle, and the larger the value of the direction angle of the eccentric block, the shorter the distance the material moves each time it is thrown, and the slower the material moves forward on the screen surface.  The material can be fully screened, thus achieving greater screening efficiency.  The smaller the value of the vibration direction angle, the farther the material is thrown and advanced each time.  The faster the material passes through the sieve surface, the higher the processing capacity, but the material cannot be fully screened.  Therefore, the vibration direction angle should be reasonably selected.  For difficult to screen materials, the vibration direction angle should be taken as the larger value, and for easy to screen materials, the vibration direction angle should be taken as the smaller value.

5.  Before starting: Check if the screen is damaged;  Are each set of tie rings securely locked.  When starting: pay attention to any abnormal noise;  Whether the current is stable;  Is there any abnormality in the vibration.  After use: The vibrating screen should be cleaned immediately after each use.  Next, it is necessary to pay attention to the amplitude.  If the amplitude is not a problem, it can be used normally.  There are many times when the amplitude may be consumed, and it needs to be checked at this time.
