FYBS square swing screen gyratory sifters for sand sieving

This new type hot sand screening machine with 99% separating precision , capacity 5-30 TPH . It is called gyratory sifter .

Today our we shipment one set of SYZ-1540 linear vibrating screen & two sets of square gyratory sifter machine to customer site . He will use the linear vibrating screen as pre-sieving. Then use the square swing screen ( gyratory sifter ) as fine size grading .

The gyratory sifter used to process 70-120 mesh fracturing sand , it is FYBS-2040-2P*4  structure. one set is equvalent to 4 sets linear vibrating screen. Compared with traditional linear sieve , the working principle is more efficient, has the characteristics of high screening precision and large output, it is very suitable for sieving dry materials from 150 mesh to 5 mesh .
