On July 18-19, 2023, our company participated in the third national plate quartz sand fair in Linyi, Shandong. In this exhibition, we brought three types of screening equipment with advantages for quartz sand: compact square gyratory screen, hanging square gyratory screen, and double excitation source square gyratory screen.
It is an upgraded replacement for linear screens. It is undoubtedly the best choice for the limited height of the plant and the need for large-capacity, high-precision screening equipment.
It can screen in a compound structure, up to 9-10 layers, to achieve multi-layer screening, high precision, and large production capacity.
It has changed the single trajectory of oscillating sieves in the market, and the cleaning effect is more advantageous. Compared with a single source oscillating screen, the output is increased by 1.2-1.5 times.
